I'm can't believe your customer employee Manpreet, and his supervisor Openender. Yesterday your offer popped up on my screen. I wasn't interested and tried to remove it from my downloads and new programs. At no time did I download your program. I called a gentleman took over my computer and removed the program after some time since he did not see the download either. Long story short it was resolved. Today I turn on my computer and their you are again. I called and got what would call the worst customer service ever received. I became furious. Asked for a supervisor and was told that the supervisor agreed with him. Never would connect me to a supervisor. I hope that you record your calls so that you could hear this conversation. I was told that if I wanted the icon off my screen I would have to pay a fee, then I was told I could sign up for the product for $500 plus dollars. I was told that the agent yesterday should not have corrected my problem. I was told that I downloaded a program and that your information must have been attached somehow. I asked if it was a Mac company and was told no. Your logo looks like Microsoft, with a slight change of design and color rotation. Either I get this resolved or I will write Microsoft as well as any other powers that might bear pressure to correct this wrong. Please listen to your tape. After I was told that I should pay the $500, I asked him if he was wearing a mask and had a gun...the comment was not understood. Please correct this as soon as you can.
