Cdl scam

Anyone, please - I think Swift does a switch and bait scam regarding it's driving school - if you are let go then you owe them for the school - the entire amount and not just the year you are paying them back while driving - what they are doing is trying to get drivers who have gone through their school quit - this is where they are making their money. this sounds like a class action suit to me. Anyone else on board with this? Please contact, [email protected] - I need some feedback.

bad attitude to employees

This company has very bad attitude to their employees. They always hold salaries and sometimes they don't pay full amount of money because of counting mistakes. This is really annoying. I changed my job and I wanted everyone who is going to work with them to be careful!

Fraud! Beware!

Be careful if you decided to deal with this company. They charge your credit card and you will not find out about it in a long time! I have been robbed for $200 when I used to work there! Their employees are trained to do it. It is even harder to get the money back after so much time.

beware and stay away!

Fraudulent company! Don't work for them! They do learning classes for their employees but they don't teach very important things, especially about problems and how to solve them if they happens during the work. And them they put all responsibility on drivers and don't want even to support them! They just care about money and don't care about people! Beware and stay away!

Accident involving one of their drivers

On Dec. 7, 2012, I was parked on a street in Buena Park, California, when an International Pro Star Eagle diesel tractor, license # Indiana 1235878 backed into the front of my Ford Ranger pick up truck. The tractor was driven by one Matthew Scott Barr, address 9388 NE 1st St., Terrebonne, OR 97760. I was an eyewitness to this accident, and the Buena Park Poice came out and took a call detail report. Mr. Barr's insurance, Mohave Transportation Insurance Company, refuses to accept responsibility for the accident because Mr. Barr claims he did not back into my truck. He lied to me and to the police and to his insurance company. His vehicle broke the left front headlight, the grill, and dented the hood of my Ford Ranger. The damages came to $1,037.31.
His insurance has denied the claim, claiming there wasn't enough evidence to say he backed into my truck. My insurance denied my claim because I don't have collision insurance. I have now submitted the claim to the Arizona Dept. of Insurance hoping they will force Swift Transportation to pay the claim. If the Arizona Dept. of Insurance doesn't do anything to help me on this claim, I will have no choice but to sue Mr. Barr, as well as Mohave Transportation Insurance Company, and Swift Transportation. This experience has caused me to never want to do business with Swift Transportation. I think they are cheats.
I know my claim was denied because Mr. Barr doesn't want an accident on his record and because Swift Transportation will do anything to get out of paying money for an accident caused by one of their drivers. I am so furious with Swift Transportation that whenever I see one of their trucks on the road, I just want to throw a bomb at it and blow it up.

RE: Accident involving one of their drivers

In Reference to Mr.Vigners fraudulent claim

In reference to Mr.Robert Vigners comment below

He neglected to submit the truth of the situation. He is a scam artist and does this to trucker to try to get money. We had talked to a security guard across the street from where this supposedly happened and he confirmed along with 3 other people that they have seen Mr.Vigner in this area several times and done the same thing to other drivers. We took many pictures to prove we did not hit his truck and by the looks of his truck he had done this several times with other truck drivers. I just wonder how many drivers he has scammed and just hasn't gotten caught yet. Driver please be careful if you hear this guys name.
