shoes is bad

Very disappointed. I ordered a size 8.5 what was delivered to me was a size 7 in the box. I processed to exchange the boots for the correct size that I ordered. When I placed the request for 8.5 the size was out of stock but I could go up to a 9.0 so I was going to place the exchange request and drop off at UPS for return. The exchange option for drop of was the only one that did not charge me a fee for their mistake, no biggie because I wanted to shoes until I decide to go back on the site to review the shoe again. I go to Skechers made dash boot and what do you know. I can place an order for the 8.5 boot but this is the same boot that for exchange in my correct size states out of stock. Now I am start to feel this is a scam. Bought another from ccshous e.com which was awesome. I can't believe my eyes when I received it
