Scam
i only became a free member because i knew it cant be true that they will pay me, so i did the 60, 000 dollars that i need to be able to redeem the money, of course the never put the payout button and they never answer any email so it a SCAM.

They mentioned the certification as they are truly paid website and that was certified by the Consumer rights Protection and iy was signed by Megan Auer on 07/09/2010 and also the seal indicates also they have the registration no NWS-LP-KW 0687-346. The certificate attached here and how these people using the Government names on to it and do some SCAM programmes. This will be a threat of the Government workout.
There will be some rules and regulation that they need to do this kind of a business. How the Consumer rights Protection certificate they hold and publicly announce to the others sites.
