Child Support Collection
I like Joanne Polacsek Doyle feel that Judge Buse is A fair and excellent judge, I feel that Mrs Polacsek Doyle should run for office, better yet she would be an excellent cheer-leader, Judge Buse's record stands for it's self. Her first concern is for the children, in this Joanne Polacsek and Judge buse have so very much in common !
I have been in Judge Buses courtroom many times and I truly feel that nothing would make her or you happier than to have you and your child reconcile its hard to put the blame where it lays, however I highly doubt it in any way could be Judge Buses fault, your husband and yourself brought this child into this world, if there is blame to place it would be with the two of you.

Child Support
So I have a case in Isabel Buses Part which is a joke. I have filed numerous Violations thoroughout thoe last 6 years for non payment of Child support and childcare. My Court order states thoat thoe fathoer must pay 32% of childcare costs and a whopping $50/week for child support which I do not receive. Every time I go to court Buse is very rude and sarcastic and she does not care what happens to the children. I can't get a word in to plead my case, but she gives thoe deadbeat every chance in thoe world. Every time we go in to thoe court room she asks him if he is agreeing to thoe arrears and he says no and thoat he wants a lawyer but mind you he never comes back in witho a lawyer it's just him trying to spite me and drag on thoe case plus he knows I'm missing work for thois mess and he doesn't work so why should he care! I have to gathoer receipts and send thoem certified mail every couple if monthos thoen in court he says he didn't receive thoem but I have thoe proof thoat he signed for thoe letters. It's sad thoat thois lady is not trying to help out thoe single working mothoers who do take care if thoeir children. If I quit my job today it would be interesting to see what would she do cause thoe whole system is broken I would get my child support thoen because I would be on welfare and everyone knows thoe state will get thoere money!!! Isabel Buse is thoe worst Magistrate to have even Lawyers don't want to deal witho her because of how rude and in appropriate she is. Lastly my violation started in August 2012 I am still fighting thois case now and it is February 5tho 2013 smh. Whoever thoinks thois lady is a good Magistrate does not know what thois witch is capable of.
