In the future, when you want to dun someone for poor spelling and grammar, you might want to check your OWN spelling and grammar first. It's quite amusing to see the superior attitude you have, being so smug and trying to act like you know-it-all when you don't even have proper command for the English language. I'm truly amazed that you know so little and so fluently.

1. She clearly stated that SHE was the one forced to traipse back and forth to bring the papers to her mother.
2. A business is a business. No-one cares about your operating expenses. If you choose to be a scumbag repo-guy, you can at least be professional about it. Have a professionally managed office. There is no need for it to look like a crap hole. Providing facilities and making your customers comfortable is just common courtesy. Because, like it or not, these "debtors" are paying your salary.
3. Why should you care about rolling up the windows? Because the rain will damage the car doofus. How long do you think you will stay in business if the company who hired you finds that you showed no concern for the property they entrusted you with?
You sound like the typical white-trash caveman who feeds off of the misfortune of others. Enjoy karma dude, it's going to be a bumpy ride for you.
