Stubhub can arbitrarily charge sellers additional fees if there is a ticket issue
StubHub is terrible and their fees are ridiculous. I'm so happy I found a solution just going through craigslist and using switchon3.com for security. 6% in fees is a lot better than 25+%.

Hi Bholta,
I sold several concert tickets on Stubhub.com and had a horrible experience like you. Stubhub DO NOT provide seller protection. We SHOULD all stand up against stubhub and ask our rights back.

Hi Bholta,
I sold several concert tickets on Stubhub and had a horrible experience like you do. Stubhub canceled my orders for no reasons after I shipped the tickets and charged for the replacement tickets for over hundred dollars. Stubhub DO NOT provide seller protection at all. We should stand up against Stubhub to protect our legal rights.

Beware!
When I was buying the tickets they said that they are available for electronic delivery. When I actually bought them they stated the tickets will be available in a couple of months!!! They refused to refund!

worst customer service ever
First of all I the tickets I purchased were late, and I was really disappointed with their services. Then when I went to this event I found that my tickets are fake and I couldn't get through. When I called to this company for a refund, they just gave me fake promise which they never complete. Beware and better stay away from this scam!

poor customer service
Purchased tickets on an event and wanted to return them. Made a notice one month before event and they refused me in a refund. The service was very rude and their representative didn't provide me any opportunity for an exchange. This is not a best example of customer service, beware and avoid!

just another scam
I purchased tickets from this company and my purchase was never sent to me. i contacted this company many times but I received no customer support service. It is nothing but scam, beware and be careful!
