Indeed, they call themselves now the Springhill Group, based in South Korea. I was contacted by Thomas Rogan, a so-called trader. A very aggressive salesperson. Please be very careful. I will also ask for Sprinhill Group to be added to the FSA list. Their so-called CEO is Peter V. Klinsmann. Their phone number is +82-2-767-2721. They proposed me to buy shares of Norton Scientific, a Canadian company. Whenever you try to call them back you will only end up in a voice mail, simply impossible to contact them.
Please watch out, don't trust them for a minute.

Same situation.
I have no idea how they got my number (specially since they called on my work phone which i never disclose) nor my work address in Singapore.
Had a short first call (which I cant really remember) and then received a high quality ad from Springhill, based in South Korea.
Then a new call (done by VOIP phone) with a very aggressive sales person trying to have me buy Norton Scientific shares because there was some huge deal in progress (Bayer going to buy Norton Scientific) which has not been disclosed yet.
I have no interest in earning money through shares, so just spent 20 minutes listening to him for the fun. He did become very agitated ("you don't understand... you must be young and stupid to pass something like that) blablabla.
If I wanted to buy shares why in hell would I do it through a South Korea company (considering I live in Singapore).

They are at it again. Got call from "Reliance Financial" saying they had company wanting to buy my (useless) AMG shares for high price. Several phone calls later they advise me there is a "lien" on the shares. (Lien being I cannot sell them). They say lawyer will have lien lifted but must pay retainer in advance (Several thousand Euro). Ha effing ha.

Again the same story!
I got a call from a man called Bradley McCarthy, Springhill Group from South Korea, regarding an offer (Norton Scientic / Bayer), which will bring me a 60% profit in 3 months. Also got a high quality brochure in advance.
He was pretty convincing on the phone and even giving some web address to match up the story.
I found it all very strange, so I have search it over the internet. I found several posts with relating it to a boiler room scam.
If it wasn't for your posts I have also been a part of the scam.

Springhill Group
As all above got the same story about Norton Scientific from a guy called Alan Bradley, English accent. Wanted me to invest 5,000EUR within 90 days I would make 3,000EUR profit. Quite convincing and professional website. I have no interested in investing in shares and if I did I would go to a recommended company. Asked him to send me the details via email but he couldn't, asked where he got my details and he said through a recommnedation, asked him who recommended me and he couldn't say as that was marketing who dealth with this!!

Spring Hill Group
Similar Story, contacted by Henry Roberts of Spring Hill Group after receiving an impressive brochure. Norton Scientific and Black Hawks Mines are the two they sell with big profit stories. Very slick sales machine and lots of stories and reasons why and a constant request for more money. THey are a complete sham and should not be engaged with.

Springhill Investment Group, Springhill Service Partners Ltd
Same experience as above.
I just wanted to advise - as of 27th September 2012 this outfit claim to be operating out of Korea (and 'banking' in Cyprus).
Avoid like the plague!

Victim to scam
Same here aswell. Norton Scientific and Black Hawks Mines! They just keep asking for more money all the time. Unfortunately I have invested quite a lot of money. Has anyone ever seen their money back or taken any action?
Thanks!
