Poor customer service

People NEVER do business with straight talk. They have the worlds worst customer service. First they said it will free shipping if ordered by a certain day and time. It was order within that time frame but I was still charged shipping. It said it would be 3 day shipping but over 4 business days it still haven't been attempted delivered. On the 5th business day they did try to deliver it but no one... was there to sign for it. I called Fed Ex to have it held at the office close to me because I wouldn't get home in time enough to get to that office before they closed. The office closer to me has later hours but Fed Ex said there are restrictions on the account from the sender. They couldn't hold it at the Fed Ex office close to me. I called straight talk- got horrible customer service, was argued with people that can hardly speak english, got hung up on and when I called back they claim they understand what I was saying but refused to have it sent and held at the office that's closer to me. A customer should NEVER have to go through BS like this. I'm getting my money back. F straight talk !!!

Poor customer service

Both my husband and I purchased Straight Talk phones for Christmas. We still do not have working cell phones, plus not one person at this company speaks English. We have spent days and hour upon hour looking for assistance. They do not know what they are doing and are not capable of helping. We are reporting them to the Attorney General's Office. Of course now what do we do? We need to keep our cell phone numbers and find another more reputable company and not lose money. They have us by the "short hairs". Do not go with Straight Talk!!! This company is horrid!! They are scammers!!

Poor customer service

If you a purchase a Samsung Galaxy Precedent form straight talk it is powered by sprint towers, but it does not tell you on the package anywhere that it is powered by sprint. However after 15 days you cannot return it nor can you get your money back. Straight talk expect you to pay to have it sent back to them. My phone freezes all the time, and i feel Straight Talk should be paying me back because sprint towers suck were i live if i had known that's what it was powered by from the start i would have never bought the phone. So now im stuck with a sorry phone i cant use and STRAIGHT TALK will not make it RIGHT!!!

Poor customer service

I have only one problem with my Straight Talk Android phone. I upgraded from the $30 a month plan but cannot get a text to my sister in Washington .She can text me with no problem from her AT&T. I can call her with the same # but keep getting an error message when I try to text. I can text Canada & England & all my other contacts in the U.S. except my sister. Customer service was no help at all. Does anyone know what error message #9230 means or how I can find out ? Walmart couldn't help either.

Poor customer service

as of now i have no comment but do have a question. on my Sim, i had my contacts, my phone broke co i bought new phone, blue-toothed my contacts, and cleared Sim . all names were transformed but only a few numbers showed up . is theire not a backup or some place st.talk has this info stored for mistakes such as these/ and what is the purpose of a Sim card if you can't transfer to a new phone? please someone out their has to be able to help me since straight talk reps. are not capable

Mobile Service

Straight Talk is a con artist company playing bait and switch with it's customers. Due to bad customer complaints we tested this company.We bought expensive Android phones and their $45 a month "unlimited" service plans. Within 60 days they throttaled us down twice, cut off our data entirely, ripped us off of about $90 we never recovered from. And finally they sent software to our phones to stop us from going online and we cannot upload anything at Google Play or elsewhere. And Straight Talk says they did all this because we used too much data. Too much? All our $45 plan cards we purchesed said the services were "unlimited". And considering we made no more than 2 phone calls a month, used no texts at all and only listened to a radio show 2 hours 3 times a week they say we used up our "unlimited" service and then some. Yes people, Straight Talk's "unlimited" plan is very much limited. Horror stories are all over the internet about this company. Pay great attention to the other complaints against this company.
