deduction of load
Deduction Balance
Dear sir,
I' m a sawa service user.my mobile number is 0501670738 im daily receiving several sms in Arabic even in English from 802600 and for every 7 days deducting from my balance an amount SR 5 . I' m very much fedup of this SMS and deducting the money from my mobile A/C. I just want to unsubscribe this service...

Someone using my old number (he is from turkey or turkish national working here in KSA riyadh) and my facebook account name and pics using the same number because my number was register in facebook mobile pls. block or close my old number o sim card number(0554683960) for security porpuses..

cannot recharge
I can't recharge my STC card, because need ID or iqama, but I'am forget that number ID. Please help me in order to recharge my STC card again..

SOMEONE USING MOBILE REGISTERED ON MY NAME
Someone is using SAWA mobile number registered on my name. Long time back i stopped using that number and now when I signed up MY STC service, I found someone using that number. I noticed he is making all international calls to Syria and called to warn him that I will complaint to STC and disconnect that number. He is asking me to wait for 10 days and will stop using. I complained twice online, but no response from STC till now.

I am unable to call from my sawa sim. whenever i am calling i got the reply "you are void because of no service" . This sim is registered on my iqama no. please solve the issue.
