Starzmart/aiketouzi. Is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The sold me an Apple compatible wireless keyboard and mouse. The mouse never worked even after contacting them to double check everything. The keyboard came in a box with the Apple logo on it but did not have the "apple" function key. After repeated attempts to correct this thought their customer service dept. I gave up and reversed the charges on my credit card. I asked there times how to return the mouse and get one that worked and they would answer a different question altogether and never addressed the issue. They did address the apple key issue by saying that the apple/ chocolate key had to do with the SHAPE of the key????? I asked several times for an address to return. Lesson learned with this horrible company

I ordered 7-inch Android from Starzmart, quality is poor, tablet battery life is just about one hour or less. Touch screen is a big problem too. Be careful! oversea seller, you are hard to gain a chance to return the product to China.

Poor product quality and customer service
I ordered Android Tablet from Starzmart and the camera is faulty. I complained within 7 days after receiving it, their customer service did not reply for long time, finally I returned the product to China, and they did not reimburse the postage cost (about $40) from my place to China.
I lost $40, and got nothing. It is risky to buy products from such company, its website is located in China.
