Bad Service
Why did you not request a refund for the coffee you couldn't comfortably carry? What response are you wanting to hear from their website that gets thousands of hits a day? How are they to know you are a loyal customer, are you assuming they keep a record of those who have self-restoring cards and are repeat customers?
