Blinking 2 Error when stove runs on 5

I have an st croix ashby P that will blink the 2 LED when I try to burn it off. Also the burn pot seems to be caking with pellets...... don't know what is causing this. My chimney and stove is clean. I clean the chimney last week and I clean the stove weekly.
