Rude Manager and Salesman
Didn't the phone come with a manual? You should've read it.
If it was an Android phone, I would completely disagree with your conclusion that it is not user friendly.

Fraudulent company
Sprint is indeed a fraulent company. Signed up October of 2011 for 3G/4G internet Never stayed in 4G mode.December they cut it off and claim I own them 365 dollars because I went "over the limit". Said they sent a letter I never received beford they combined 3G and 4G together. I was never over the stated 3G limit on original plan and I did not change my plan;they did without notice.Then said it would cost me 270 dollars to put it on and even then I could only get email.This is unethical and rotten. They used may remainging 4G credits to create this charge. I hate that company.Now during the 14day trail I did not have any problems. It all started right after that. I believe they did it on purpose.Now they want the 365 and i have to pay 300 more to get out of the contract. What a scam.No other company have done this. I am going back to clearwire service because their 4G is still unlimited. Even Verizon.

Fraudulent company
Yes you are 100% correct when you say that Sprint is a fraudulent organization. We also signed up for 3G/4G internet over a year ago and were unaware that as of December 2011 that the service was discontinued. According to a "MANAGER" they sent out a letter stating the the changes were going to take place. Of course we never received the letter either. Keep in mind that we have been faithful Sprint customers for well over 10 years with no issues EVER arising. The company changed our plan without our knowledge and tacked on a 500 dollar charge after doing so stating that we went "over the limit of usage". After talking with someone that identified them self as a manager I was LUCKY enough to negotiate a deal that would cut our bill in half, so now we owe them $250 as opposed to $500. I can't believe that this company can get away with being so unethical. We are currently opening a case with the better business bureau and Federal Communication Commission to plead our case and hopefully find a resolution to this problem with Sprint. It would be ideal if anyone who has experienced this sort of business practice from Sprint to do the same thing. Maybe with enough complaints against them we can all find some sort of satisfaction from Sprints unethical business practices/policies.

Bad business practice
As of 01/08/12 at 044054, you have used 4136963Kbytes of your 5294080Kbytes monthly Sprint 3G/4G Data allotment. If you exceed the monthly usage cap, you will incur overage charges of $.05 per MB until your usage is reset on 01/27/12.
Tips:
• Monitor your usage often to avoid overage charges by signing into your account at sprint.com.
• You can calculate how usage in kilobytes aligns with your plan allowance using these values:
1MB = 1, 024 kilobytes
1GB = 1, 048, 576 kilobytes
When I signed up for this fiasco, I was told my plan was UNLIMITED. Called Sprint. Very sweet Customer care rep said the company surprised their department with this and "you may get customers calling." "It's an experiment."
This is no way to conduct business. If I wanted to cancel my Sprint service I'd have to pony up $200.00 for the penalty cancellation fee. I was connected to a tech rep with an accent and he basically said don't use your Internet until your next cycle. Interesting how my $96 and change is due by 01/19/12 but, my usage isn't reset until 01/27/2012. By the way unless I want to pay, I'm stuck with this unhappy Internet phone marriage or slavery to Sprint the NOT network until September 2013! Off to Facebook to share this and other forums. Nickel and Diming Games
Sprint did same thing to our account. We will be filing a complaint with pertinent government authorities, NY State Attorney, BBB, FCC and corporate plan representatives.

These guys are thieves! They have billed me an activation fee for five phones although they promised there aren't going to be any additional fees! Beware of these fraudsters!

helpless in their own mistake, just a waste of time and money
I started to use their services couple of month ago. I purchased also two phones and one of them didn't work. I tried to exchange it but they refused me in it. They didn't help me at all, I don't want to use them anymore and I will never recommend this company to anyone!

fraudulent business practices!
Purchased a cell phone from them and received a piece of junk! Send it back and attached the receipt but I just received an answer that they don't do refunds and they kept received cell phone! Beware and never ever buy from them!

USED MY CARD ONCE AGAIN
I WANT SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME FROM THAT COMPANY! I USED THEIR SERVICES ONCE AND THEY HAD MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, SO THEY DECIDED TO SCAM ME! THEY TOOK $300.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT AND WON’T RETURN IT NOW!

Purchased their services but they were poor quality so I decided to cancel them. This company tried to overcharge me for the cancellation and didn't even excuse for the poor quality of services which they provided to me. Beware and stay away from them!

worst service ever
This is the worst company ever! I've been using their services for a while but this year they really disappointed me! I started to have connection problems and troubleshoots but company did nothing about this eve after I complained several times. And they were billing me as usual. I left this company and I will never recommend their services to anyone!

Unreliable company, poor Internet, no any imrovement
I used their internet services but for the last time I had really poor connection and after my claims and complaints to their customer support service there was no any improvement. They simply ignored all my claims. Beware and better find more reliable company!

fraudulent mails and bills
I cancelled their services couple of years go and I never heard from them since that time until the last months. I received a mail from them stated that I wed them money and they asked me to pay. It was a lie, because I paid everything and I tried to contact their support service to fix that mistake. I was very surprised when I was ignored and they continued to send me these fraudulent mails. Beware and be careful with this fraud!
