It looks like I am out my $110

SAME here. Numerous emails, in very poor English. I have been fighting with them for two weeks now. I tried cancelling my order and they told me it had already shipped. Now I want to return it, but no one will guarantee I will get a refund. Do not buy from this site!

I am having the same problem! This place is horrible! I sent them several emails & they NEVER responded to any of them. I ended up calling my bank & filing a claim & disputing the charges. I might have to close my account but I don't want to take the chance of them taking any more money out of my account. My bank credited my account already. Did any of you receive your order?

I wish i would have read this before i made a purchase...its only been a day but after reading your guys comments it doesn't sound good for me! Have they taken multiple drawings or unauthorized drawings out of any of your accounts?! Or has anyone even received any purchases from them?

i think i just got scammed, ordered a jersey but when i tried to check order status it says i have no orders. I also learned that this company opened about three weeks ago. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!

I am in the same situation! I ordered a jersey and a hat before Thanksgiving. I have not received my order and have only gotten one email response from my many attempts. I was told in very broken English that I should not worry about my order and that it would ship in time for the holidays. As far as I can tell only one charge was made to my bank account but I'm pretty sure I will never see the merchandise. What a scam! I have been unable to locate a phone number. If anyone has one I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I emailed them the day i placed my order and two days later they actually emailed me back to my surprise they actually gave me tracking info too...i will keep you posted and let you know if i ever receive my purchase.

Just call paypal 402-935-7733, and they will do an investigation. You transaction is covered through paypal. If the company doesn't respond within 10 days, they will give you a full return.

I was a bit worried after I placed my order. I didn't sign up so I didn't receive an order number. I e-mailed yee-pay, then the address on the website. The very next day yee-pay contacted me said they would look into it. The later I received an e-mail from the company? They are in China and they were very nice, sent me the order number and later the tracking number. It took several days to leave China then clear customs in San Francisco but I received it the next day. The jersey looks good! I am not sure if this is the same sportswelcome.com that you are dealing with but it worked out for me. If you e-mail them through the e-mail on the website they should respond. Hopefully, they did me. Good luck

Was worried after getting an email from YeePay regarding my transaction. Received two emails from "Tom Brady" regarding shipment and tracking info complete with broken english and unusual phrases. Became even more worried after a visit to this site. However, we received the merchandise on Christmas eve via USPS. Total turnaround time of 12 days. Our son was very happy Christmas morning with his new authentic Aaron Rogers jersey.

i was also worrried abt order i placed for nfl jersey, but i contacted paypal...They opened dispute and contacted them, they sent me shipping info, and I received jersey a few days later.

I ordered a jersey on the 25th of Dec and got some emails from them but they never answer me when I ask them where my tracking number is. They said they are located in America but have a factory in China. I keep sending them emails asking where is the tracking number still and they never reply to those questions. I already had my bank cancel the card I used in case they take off more money and I am filing a complaint/dispute with paypal If I do not receive my item. I should have checked out this company before I ordered but I didn't and am now screwed for trusting them. The email that replies to me is [email protected]

Finally got a tracking number, comes from SHANGHAI, CHINA I guess. Still a crappy website they have set up and rude emails. If I actually get my jersey I will let you all know. Still will never order from them EVER again!!

I finally received my NFL jersey. Ordered Dec 8th, was charged immediately, but no response after 4 attempts to check on order and shipment. Contacted Mastercard and disputed charge and it was removed from my billing. Thought it was a fake website and discovered it was a Chinese vendor. Thought I was ripped off, but received the jersey on Dec 31st. It was of very high quality and now satisfied with purchase. Will have to contact Mastercard to re-establish payment. Just be aware it comes from China, and takes at least several weeks to receive shipment. I wanted the jersey in time for Christmas.

This people took my money, gave me an order confirmation then a few hours later i got an email from them saying that my payment didst go through and to go back to the website and re-order my jersey. I checked my account and realized that they did charge it and that they did receive my money. When i wrote them to tell them to give me my product i got an email saying "on vacation, try back in seven days" I immediately disputed the transaction and was able to get credited back from my bank. These people are a scam! DO NOT order anything from them, not even a damn piece of gum!

Yes the website is a scam from overseas...they keep trying to get you to hold on and hopefully just give up. lucky for me I payed through paypal and got all of my money refunded back after filing a dispute.

You buy things, Of couse your bank card charged. Sometimes we complain sites or Business, why don't give them more time. You will get reasonable explanation or refund. Merchants pay attention to credit.
