Spokeo deceptive web page

Spokeo advertisement on their web site is being deceptive, unfair and violative of a Federal Trade Commission rule which must be presented “clearly and conspicuously” In their web site have a notice offering a 50% charge for .95 for their service and for a FREE 7 day plan...BUT in a small notice if you have cancelled within 7 days you are involved with a $19.95 charge per month to the customer credit card and NO further notice to customer a monthly charge is being placed on credit card.
The only words I can say is "THIS IS A SCAM" a complaint is sending this to FTC on Spokeo and LA Times, the Austin American Statesman.
