This is the most unorganized company I have ever had to deal with.

I’ve been stuck at the airport where the lines were crazy that day. I was late for my flight and I’ve asked one of the employees to help me, since the plane was about to take off in half an hour and I had to board. The employee was a young woman, which didn’t seem to care about my problem, and she just left me standing there.
