Sparrow Hospital has discriminated against me. for the second time in the 2 year's I've been there.They have stereo typed me.Don't want me back in Internal medicine. I have been totally disrespected..my needs had not been being met.I emphasized a few Thing's to get the job done all of a sudden I'm sabotaging. Diane the Manegar.over Internal medicine.that I'm Sabotaging and hollering and being disrespectful.toward her staff..I told her it wasn't true she said to me it is true yoshinda...basically saying this wasn't the first time.and she was adding it all up.once I told them about my mmp card.I haven't felt comfortable there it's like everything changed.I feel that my Character has been demeaned...kicked out of Internal medicine was the best thing that could have ever happened to me.because my Health needs for the last past year sence my Doctor Fatima Sultan left...and I've never met my new Doctor.John Loraine...never met him.I was uncomfortable about that.and seeing a nurse practitioner for over a year.I'm totally discussted.I have 2 mental Illnesses.and I have been up all night feeling like this..I went to patient Experience.and was Hoodwinked.I was denied being able to fill out a complaint form...I was Blocked.Told she would call the office to resolve the Issue.my appeal on my Medicine was done that same day.after waiting about 2-3 week's.trying to get my Doctor office to fix the problem.during the 2 week's.I'm being evaluated by Diane calling me about am i on any mental illness meds.demeaning my Character.I've been feeling unwanted for Month's I have been run around in Circles.I speak up about it.and I'm all of a sudden causing problems.and all these issues.she confirmed that they no longer wanted me there.Diane the office manager is Dirty...Her and her staff plotted to remove me.I just don't like the way thing's were handled..more prestigious to me..I'm a Good Person.if I'm not it's something or someone going against me in this case it's Both...I'm just going to hold my head up high a continue to pray...and give God the Glory.

A person that is supposed to be on a professional level..is not going to call u accusing.about torturing their Staff..you are going to ask the proper questions about what needs to be addressed.not my staff told me.and u said u were leaving our office I'm like.yes I did.but I'm having second thoughts.she said we rather u leave our office.and I said u just Confirmed what I was feeling.any one is going to know when they're being treated improperly.once the Mmmp card came into play from Diane digging.sence Dec.9th..everything has been going down hill.paperwork and other thing's as well. to mess with a person's Mental State and above all.my Health all at the same time.my mental state has deteriorated behind this 3 week Hiadus but it's all me..my fault from beginning to. Individuals.trying to treat me any kind of way.acid reflux is not a good feeling when u don't have the medicine or the money to Control it..I just have had a bad experience..besides being kicked out of pain management...I was getting pain shots in my back.that's what I get my mmmp card for back pain and post traumatic stress..I believe I was kicked out.because I use..It's like Dirtying up their Sweet wholesome Environment.so they Aggrevated...me to the point The staff..that I had an anxiety attack.and Now I'm the Villian...so Sad
