Blocked account issue
Extremely poor customer service. Used water for over one year (2014-2015). Account paid in full; however, received statement 10/2/2015 that my online statement could be paid. That exact same day (which is my custom) I could not pay by Visa because account had been blocked. REALLY STUPID !
Made more than four inquiries, only got consistent reply "your email has been assigned to an individual who will respond".
Finally, an individual responded saying the Visa Expiration date was invalid. True, the bank reissued new cards on 10/01/2015 and my account was BLOCKED for second time. Exceptionally poor customer service!
I trade pride in being prompt paying bills online. No apology for their error. 😵
