take way more money

They don’t tell you that the actual price is not just $5.00 for shipping, youļl have to pay all $90.00 for the product itself.
Beware of this company!

Spark Whitening offered me free trial of their new whitening supplies but later overcharged me about $100 without a reason and notice. Contacted them many times but all my claims about the refund were ignored.
Beware and don't trust them - they make fake advertisements and may steal money from you!

"Spark Whitening" & "Dental Pro at Home" Scam

What they don't tell you when you order the free trial is that they automatically put you on a monthly replenishment and charge your account immediately. I received both my free and monthly replenishment at the same time!! I didn't even get a chance to try it to see if I would like it. Now they sent me a 2nd month's worth even though I cancelled and will not reimburse me. They are nothing but a scam and I will never buy anything of this nature online again.

I wish someone would investigate these, along with Dental Pro as these 2 companies are one in the same, and shut them down!!!

DO NOT ORDER "SPARK WHITENING or DENTAL PRO" as they will rob you blind before any cancellation takes effect and they will not reimburse you!! Total SCAM !!

Sparkwhitening & Dental Pro

I sent for both products which said they would charge $1 each, then the free trial came, but did not realise that they started taking money away from my account $105 and $103 each month, l complained and received email back to say that these are two different companies and that if l want refund l must telephone number and after dialing USA then press £ sign, which l did not, because l do not trust them. In the meantime, l did receive a few calls to give my card details for more products and also for some free voucher which would be in US Dollars, l refused to give my card details. I have reported them to the London Internet Fraud Police and also I filled out a complaint to FBI ,and now l am hoping that FBI would investigate and take them to court for such a fraud. PLEASE ,,,, PLEASE do not fall into their trap of free trial.

cheeky sods

As in many of the reviews above, I only wanted to get their trial pack. I am now on my third monthly pack at £64 each.( funny, I didn't know that there were two months in February) The only address that I can find for them is their mailing office at;
WEB FULFILLMENT CENTER, 7565 COMMERCIAL WAY, UNIT 8 HENDERSON NEVADA 89011.
I cannot find a phone number for them, their web site above is useless. The US don't seem to have a 'companys register' like us civilised folk in the UK. If I find a way of cancelling my "contract" with them I will post it here.
Good luck.

Robbers

Hi I was also conned by this company... It's maddening that these people get away with this. I did contact them and was told I would receive a full refund when I returned the product. That was 2 weeks ago and still no refund. I have just called again and been assured a 60% refund will be returned to my account. That is the best they can offer!!! I still see no sign off the funds. It's ridiculous. However there is a contact number which probably cost a fortune to call but if you wan to give it a go it's 0871 284 7544. Please anyone else tempted by this company AVOID!

Smart Play

When I order free trials, I use an old gift card that only has that amount they initially charge. This way they can not charge you for anything further, which they should have done in the first place.

No chance to try before buying

When you get a trial sample you are supposed to be able to TRY it and see if and how it works before you commit to buying more. I never got to TRY it before I was charged the full price - the item was ordered Thursday, arrived on Friday and I was charged $93 on Saturday. The "sample" arrived without the trays that the instructions tell you to put the gel in so that didn't work out so well. Worse, the gel actually seriously irritated my gums so it just wouldn't work for me and the results weren't that great either - not much whiter than when I started - so I would not have been interested in subscribing or purchasing any more. I called the number and cancelled immediately and that is when they billed me AGAIN - probably right after I hung up the phone from cancelling. All this happened in FOUR days (not TEN) so where is the trial? Mediocre product and HORRIBLE business practices. Definitely not worth the hassle! Go to a regular dentist for teeth whitening - it will come out easier and cheaper in the long run!

I was also defrauded

I was sent to their site from a website ad. I think I was sent directly to their order form, because, at the time of the order, I don't recall any information about being forced-enrolled in any 'auto-renew' feature. After they charged my credit card ($100 USD each), I went to their web sites to do some research. I see on their web sites that they do have the information about the 'auto-enroll'
I clicked on their 'easy cancel' button and I did get a confirmation email acknowledging my cancellation. I tried to phone them but the line was always busy. I found out that their phone number only works in the US. I sent them an email asking to return the product, but they sent me a return email saying that my 10-day trial period was over, so I couldn't return the product. The said that "I had agreed to the terms of the contract". So I guess I have been scammed and there is nothing I can do about it. I am going to my bank to make sure they don't charge my card again.
What I find so unethical is that they place the 'trial' and the 'monthly refill' in the same initial box without an invoice so it is impossible to know that you have received the $100 refill until it is too late. Also, I live in Canada, so by the time I get the package, the 10-days is already over.
When I checked their website last week, there was no obvious information about the forced 'autorenew', but I found it was under a separate page under 'terms of service' in very small print. Their website seems to keep changing depending on what computer I use to access it.
My advice is not to buy from these two companies:

update

I went to my bank to cancel my credit card. I was on the phone for well over an hour. My bank's credit card department said they know these two companies, but there is nothing they can do about them. They said that VISA International told them to stop processing complaints because the companies say that the 'refill' in the 'trial box they first send you is part of the 'trial' and that is what they are charging you for, so if you don't cancel within the 10 day period, they charge you the $94 USD for the 'trial'. They said that all the fine print on their web site saves them and there is nothing Visa can do, so they are forced to view them as a 'legitimate company'.
They also said that even if I change my credit card company, all new billing on the old (cancelled card) will automatically 'pass through' to the new card. They said that it is my responsibility to get the company to stop auto-billing. I asked them, But what if they refuse and bill me anyway? They said that, then I can issue a complaint with Visa, but I need to have that 'cancellation number' from the company, otherwise there is nothing they can do. The 'cancellation' emails these two companies sent to me did not have any cancellation numbers on it.
What makes me mad is that the credit card company will not allow me to block a company from charging my card, so I am completely left at the mercy of these fraudulent companies and it is the companies who determine what constitutes 'cancellation' and determine the time-frame and the process.
By the way, Visa also said that even if I cancel my credit card, they can still charge me but the charge will have to go to a collection agency. The representative was trying to talk me into not cancelling my credit card. He said that these companies work in pairs and that he never heard of an instance of them charging after you cancel. He said if they did charge, then I would have a case, but discouraged me from starting a complaint against the first order.
I cancelled my credit card. If even the credit card companies will not allow me to block these criminals from helping themselves to my money, then that makes the credit card companies criminals too. IMO.
I'll just wait and see if these two companies try to charge me again.

contact info

The Bank official who I talked to gave me this information (unofficially):

Dental Pro Global 1-888-874-7603

Spark Whitening Portable 1-866-340-2611

They might work so you can get your account cancelled, although I never tried these phone numbers yet.
The phone numbers on their web site only work in the US. I phoned them and they were always busy, then I found out on another web site that they won't work outside the US.

FRAUD ALERT

Ordered the $1.03 free sample; however, my account was charged $94.61. When I called 1-888-694-4330, I was placed on holde and finally disconnected. I tried 1-866-711-2831 and the same recorded message answered. This is a SCAM. I recommend everyone file a complaint with the FBI at ic3.gov (Internet Crime Complaint Center). Perhaps enough filed complaints will result in some action being taken. Also, since the U.S. Postal Service is involved, report your fraud to Postal Inspection Service 714-571-4571. I urge everyone to report this SCAM.

Liars

Do NOT get a free trial of this product!!! It is not free! I wish I had of read these reviews before I fell for the lies. I could have saved 34.00 total after all the bull and time and energy of a pointless phone call. They say you can return the product and you won't be charged any more cost....that is a big fat lie because my credit card is going to be charged another $28.00 and I can't return the "free" trial product. The person said I didn't respond in the 8 days that was required....I ordered it on 9/29 and today is 10/4. Do the math. Are they that stupid? I was for falling for this scam!!!!!!!!! Don't be stupid!!!! These people are liars!!!!

Do Not Trust Spark with your bank account

I ordered the kit i thought, i found out it was to separate companies that charged me and cost me bank fees for what suppose to be one draft. I call the company that was listed on the web page thru Amazon for the discount the number was for White Max and not Spark White. I cancelled my order i thought, but it was for White Max which i thought it was for Spark White, listen folks they are two different companies after i cancelled White Max for a minimum fee of 9.41+4.87. Spark White hit my account for 94.31with other fees 99.56. Do Not Trust this company with you banking information. They are deceptive about their the trial package purchasing. They said they would refund me a portion of my money but it want cover all i lost in banking fees. SCAM
