very unusual scam

This is quite unusual scam. This company stole our money on cremation of my relative. They never completed their services as I purchased and I never received any death certification from them. When I started to arguing with their manager, he shouted on me and then stopper to respond on my mails. After such experience I will never recommend this company to anyone!
