we have been pleased with our solar installation activated in January. we paid our first bill by check the next bill came with an added charge for paying by check. annoyed, I called the billing department number told them I would be happy to set up the ACH and faxed the info on March 24. the next bill arrived showing no payment for the February bill. called again...re-faxed the info once again same thing in April...re-faxed the paperwork. just got a call from solar city because we have an outstanding balance....so not fixed yet! getting pretty angry, we are on a fixed income and payment for three months at the same time will hurt.

surely there is someone at solar city that actually gets the work done. we need to speak to that person, we have acted in good faith.
