Wrong & Unbelievable Billing

Dear Sir,

My Consumer No: 54578017805
My Meter No: GN27133270
Previous Reading: 1381
Present Reading: 1474
Difference: 93 for the month feb.2013 (04-02-2013 to 04-03-2013)
Consumed MMBTU: 2.994 as per SNGPL 1.77 MMBTU Bill = Rs. 439.31
SNGPL Received Bill for above MMBTU = Rs. 11,160
Due Date= 27-03-2013
Today (21-03-2013) Reading: 1532
i received a wrong bill in the month of Feb.2013 and so i went to the Khanpur SNGPL office and meet with Mr.Mehmood sb Billing Incharge about its inquiry but they didn’t give me any satisfactory answer nor correct the bill. I got a bill including Rebate Adjustment of Rs.10775 I could not believe that because i paid all bills regularly on time, after that i started there day to day visit at SNGPL office but couldn’t solve the problem only i could manage to bring the meter checker and what he told that your meter is perfect and next day when i visit there office my case was still unresolved. I belong to an extremely poor family. I request the concerned authority to please verify and correct the charges that sent in my bill.

Installation of Gas Meter

I had applied for new connection, demand notice also deposited sum of Rs. 3,000/- dated Nov. 05,2012 in Allied Bank Ltd Tajpur Scheme Branch, Lahore.

Still my resident meter is not installed, how much time to required for this process,
I requested to the honorable authority please do the needful and oblige.

We recived a bill for the month of jan2014 on estimated basis (provisionaly),the department have the reading in HHU ,its submitted before the billing incharge of branch office samanabad,they refusce . the month of feb 2104 bill reading is on record, the bill have been issued for both months reading and charged it as higher slab rate,and the provisionally paid bill amount have been deduct from the bill. this amount have been paid and the application have been moved to headoffice on 26-march 2014 (SNGPL billing lahore area ) the we have not been responded yet and the new bill for MARCH2014 have been recived.

THE FACT OF THE CASE IS.
AT THE TIME OF PUNCHING THE READING NOT CORRECTLY PUNCHED .PUNCHED 6295000 INSTEAD OF 6925000.(ACTUAL READING)
THIS IS MADE BY THE DEPPARTMENT CLARK/OFFICER MISTAKE,WHY WE BEAR IT, AND PAY MORE WITH OUT ANY FAULT.

THE ACTUALLY CHARGABLE READING IS 3.44000 HM3, THE BILL CHARGED FOR 3.91OO HM3, THE PAYMENT CHARGED OVER RS.988/= AND THE BILL OF FEB BILL CHARGABLE READING IS 2.47000HM3 ,WE PAY MORE RS.2377/=
WE PAY RS.4000/= INSTED OF RS.1623/=
TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY US RS.3365/=.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE PRESENCE OF ACTUAL READING PROVISIONALLY BILL NOT HAVE BEEN ISSUED, ON WEBSITE 9-FACTORS HAVE BEEN ISSUED ,ON THOSE THE ESTIMATE BILL HAVE BEEN ISSUED.

Gas leakage

I hereby convey 2nd time on line and 3rd time on your helpline number (1199) that gas is continuously leaking from the meter my complaint No are 7725215389 dt.18/4/2014 and 8388171392 dt,26/4/2014 but your office representative are continuously denying and said that there is no leakage.
on the other hand our bill is coming regularly to the tune of Rs.1800,1400 and 1200 since the meter was change w.e.f June,2013. I have only one gas cholah or burner my bill was comes to Rs.250 or 300 in summer and also same in winter since the meter was change the bill suddenly was jumped to 1800 or 2000 Rupees due to wrong fitting of gas metter in June,2013 and due to leakage from the meter. Kindly solve our problem immediately. Thank you.

PIPE LINE IS NOT DRILLED

R/Sir,
My consumer No. is 63617292006
When sui gas team reached at my house for service installation,
then it came to know that there is no gas in pipe line,while in surrounding streets
of area gas is flowing in pipes. our pipe was not drilled on street cornor.
Sui gas team went back without service installation.
Kindly resolve the mattar.

I want to bring into your kind notice that I am consumer of sngpl under Account ID 74495620002 Named Muhammad Safdar .Officials replaced my meter few months ago but the new meter is also faulty . I requested you to change my meter again so that I can be avoided from any inconvenience.
