Poor Service - unscrupulous ethic

I am very disappointed - I guess I believe the hype from the television advertisement and expected service and . Despite my calling when the mattress & box spring were not delivered as arranged on the weekend, holding for a very long time and being told that someone would call me on Monday. When no one called as promised, I called and was told that because the delivery was not made, I need to pay for it to be rescheduled!!! I waited through the day beyond the four hour "delivery time" given, no one turned up, I called. No one called me back and when I call back you tell me I should pay for a service already paid for and not delivered? Poor, poor showing Sleep Country and NOT acceptable. I have already lodged complaints with the credit card company and BBB. Fellow consumers beware. Do not be ripped off by unscrupulous service providers
