Never anymore!

In june I've rented a car at Pescara airport via cartrawler.com using cheapticket.nl website. among several rental companies I've chosen sicily by car and unfortunately wanted to save some money turned around to be more expensive. The car was given in very poor conditions and 2 months after the rental was finished I was charged 600 EUR without any notice. Trying to call the agency for 2 months but they won't be available, nobody to talk to. After 2 months of trial I got someone on the line and finally I was explained that I was charged for a damage!! I'm not able to get the money back from the insurance until I get all the documentation required from Sicily by car, not even an invoice was sent to me! So I'm stuck now and running after these company which has given a very bad service to me, I will not book any car anymore from Sicily by car and unfortunately cartrawler has not given much support neither..
