abuse of power and false and incorrect consultations of medications

I had an incident where I tried to explain that my phone showed they called only once, they kept tellin me they called 3 times.. I was calm at this point but the own/pharmacist starts raising her voice and told me that she will kick me off the methadone treatment. This is what they do if you confront them in Amy way. And on top of that she has her husband work there as a pharmacist and I asked him does amoxicillin make your pee smell and change color. He told me no. I was told that it did so, I checked out side effects and it is very common thing to happen. This is what the North end of saint John, New brunswick has to deal with.
