Land Grabbing and Fraud
Shk Mohammed ul Bakir Vazirbun and his family from years have been torturing people in different ways. Recently he has illegally grabbed a land in Sidhpur Gujarat. This land belonged to all the legal heirs of Shk Fakhruddin Vazirbun, who are 2 sons and 2 daughters, one among them is this accused. He without anyone knowing proved in the court that he is the only legal heir of Shk fakhruddin and registered the property in his name. Further he plotted it and gave power to his son Shabbir Bakir Vazirbun, to carry out this illegal activity. Shabbir Bakir Vazirbun has sold the plots to innocent buyers, who have no idea that this land is illegal.

Durraiya Badruddin Siamwala,her Husband Badruddin Siamwala, and three sons Juzer, Ali Asgar, Murtazasiam are harrassing Shk Mohammedul Bakir Vazirbun by give false complaint in Chennai, Bangalore Social Media,Sidhpur, They have sold the property of Rasool Talaw Sidhpur which Belonged to Shk Mohammedul Bakir Vazirbun and family.
Ali Asgar her second son was working in the firm of Shk Mohammedul Bakir Vazirbun in Chennai and did scam and left Chennai for Bangalore, Again in Bangalore he dissolved the company name VAZIRBUN AGENCIES founded by Shk Mohammedul Bakir Vazirbun. He is accused in the scam of SARRAH ENTERPRISES. Beware of him.
Durraiya Badruddin Siamwala has taken all the GOLD belonging to the Mother of Shk Mohammedul Bakir Vazirbun worth in crores from the locker of KOTHARI SAFE DEPOSIT(Chennai)and sold it and made his 3rd son Murtazasiam Settle in DUBAI.
Juzer her 1st son is illegally collecting rents from the property of Shk. Mohammedul Bakir Vazirbun by threatening the tenants in Armenian Street. He is a Tax Defaulter in CORPORATION OF CHENNAI.
Durraiya Badruddin Siamwala and her family are Fraud and gives wrong news in social media.Beware of them. They dont believe in the law of the land.

Shk Mohammed ul bakir has gone against maula by doing befarmani and fraud. I say this with all documented proofs.
Maula s judgment papers are proof. If anyone requires I can forward it.
He has eaten so much of money in his life time and has sown the seeds of hatred and enemity in his children.

I, Shk Mohammed ul bakir vazirbun started building my empire with the biggest scam money which i got from qutbi bachat yojna chennai, many years ago.
I, Shk Mohammed ul bakir vazirbun further agree that I cheated many innocent people with their hard earned money with my sugar coated words.
I, Shk Mohammed ul bakir vazirbun agree that I was caught in duplicating many branded products like Grindwel norton, cumi & many other products.Till date all the dealership stands cancelled.
I,cheated my brother Shk jaffarus sadiq & sisters by selling their properties illegally without their knowledge.
With grabbing all this fraud & cheated wealth I settled my eldest son Shabbir vazirbun with Shabbir hussain traders,broadway chennai.
My youngest son hussain with Vazirbun Trading & my son huzefa with vazirbun adhesives broadway.
I recently bought a bungalow for my daughter munira vajihi & her family,in bangalore.But unfortunately were thrown out as it was found haunted.
I, earned more on lending money on very high interest.
I have cheated government departments by making false age certificate which got me 50% senior citizen discounts.
Now my eldest son shabbir vazirbun is continuing my cheating business.And hes very good at it.

I, Shk MOHAMMED UL BAKIR VAZIRBUN agree that I started building my empire & business with my 1st & BIGGEST SCAM in QUTBI BACHAT YOJNA,chennai.A few years ago in 1990's
With this money I started buying PROPERTIES & became BIGGER & STRONGER in the society.I started lending huge amount of money at very high INTEREST rates.
I also agree that I was caught selling DUPLICATE GOODS in VAZIRBUN TRADING in products such as GRINDWEL NORTON, CARBORUNDUM & many more brands.And all these dealership stands CANCELLED till date.
With all my FRAUD & EASILY earned wealth I settled my eldest son SHABBIR VAZIRBUN with SHABBIR HUSSAIN TRADERS, broadway chennai.
My son HUZEFA VAZIRBUN with VAZIRBUN ADHESIVES, broadway chennai.
And my youngest son HUSSAIN VAZIRBUN with VAZIRBUN TRADING, broadway chennai.
I not only CHEATED hundreds of innocent people but my youngest brother SHK JAFFARUS SADIQ VAZIRBUN & my own SISTERS,by selling their properties ILLEGALLY,without their knowledge by making FORGED DOCUMENTS.
With showing all my POWER & ILLEGALLY earned wealth I gave my DAUGHTERS in RICH families.
I CHEATED government departments by making false ID CARDS and travelled in SENIOR CITIZENS discounted tickets.And did many such cheap things.
Recently I bought a bungalow for my daughter MUNIRA VAJIHI in bangalore.But unfortunately she & her family were THROWN out as they found it was HAUNTED.
My son SHABBIR VAZIRBUN is now illegally residing in #41,ARMENIAN STREET 5th floor which belongs to the legal heir of late SHK FAKHRUDDIN VAZIRBUN.
I SHK MOHAMMED UL BAKIR also agree that my wife AMEENA & MY FAMILY are equally partners in all my CRIMINAL RECORDS, FRAUDSTERS & CHEATING cases done in past 2-3 DECADES.
