the worth customer service, racism!

This is the worth customer service I ever had in my life! I just wanted to ask how much would it cost to purchase a shell gas station in my area, but the guy woth who I was speaking was extra rude and said that “you should keep your money and go to my origin contry”. He is a racist and doesen't respect customers. When I asked him to call his manager or police, he become more rude and then started to ignore my calls. I want this guy to be fired and punished!

Washroom

Shell Gas Station - 4926 Bathurst St. Filthy Washroom (Sink, Toilet, Floor). Filthy squeegees at the Pump, and Hardly any Water in Container which are also are very dirty!

full serve attendant fill deisel truck with gas

The 22nd of April of 2012 at 9:22AM I pulled into a full serve station in Clearwater Bay in Ontario Canada. I drive a 2000 Ford F350 Super Duty 7.3 liter turbo Diesel. I drove into station C101244 with my 32 ft travel trailer in tow. I asked the attendant to “fill it up” and asked where the wash room was to which he replied politely and told me to pay for pump number 3 when I came out.
I then drove for about 30 minutes when I pulled over to a rest area in Steinbach Manitoba to let my two dogs out to stretch their legs and do their business. When I started the vehicle it ran extremely rough and back fired. I looked at the receipt and noticed that the attendant had filled my diesel truck with 122L of bronze fuel. My truck is clearly marked above the fuel door “DEISEL ONLY”.
I had to call a tow truck to tow my vehicle and drain the tank. The total bill came to $989.57. Not mention the $122.00 of fuel that had to be placed, plus arriving a day late for my new job and losing a day’s wages. Thankfully and luckily no damage was done to the truck. I called the station manager, Peter Ratuski to explain the situation and was spoke to very rudely and was told “not my problem” and to call Shell and make a complaint.
I filed a complaint with Shell Canada to witch I called 4 times, the dates are 23/04/2012, 30/04/2012, 05/05/2012, and again on 05/14/2012, long distance, and getting a phone bill totalling $345.00. (Granted, that not all due to Shell.) The reference number is 30490729
I work a 10/4 day rotation at work and it has made it very difficult to follow up on the mater. The last time I called I was told that Shell does not act as a mediator and I was to call the manger of the station and that When Shell DID call the manager he told them he called me and I hung up on him, this is not true. Peter Ratuski never called.
I am a new RCMP applicant and have made it through all their testing requirements proving I am an individual with integrity, and honesty, and did not get through by lying. I assure you this statement is accurate and true.
I have the receipt of the gas bill and the towing bill is all I wish to be reimbursed.
I was about to give up on this matter thinking how can a I fight this after all I’m just the little guy and shell is a huge company. But I can’t get over how I was made to feel that way by one of your call attendants. I think this matter should be looked into further and I should be treated with some sort of respect. After all, I work dam hard for my money and shouldn’t be expected to through it away.

poor customer service

I have sent several complaints to the shell complaint and general public enquires and as usual because I am
only one customer among many my complaint comes back unanswered and probably will be swept under the
carpet so my question is why does Shell Canada have a complaint line is it to make them feel better or is it to
make the customer think that their problems actually matter.

dirty washroom

I am a customer of shell gas stations. I spend hundreds of dollars a week at shell gas stations in the gta and very vey frequently at this location of mc owan / steeles Toronto.

This location has had no key for the washroom all last week and this week with no explanation.
the attendant is rude and the facility is almost always very dirty.

I understand some people are not as clean and considerate as others but when you spend the money that I do you should be treated a little better than that.

Iwould gladly produce my air miles # TO VERIFY THESE PURCHASES.

Poor Customer/Management Skills

Just returned from my favourite Station. All the employees are great and I spend about $80-100 wk. here in gas + Lotto etc.etc.
I had an encounter with the Manager, who I just met for the first time, that I would never forget.
I bought a 3 wash promo package about 5 mths ago and only managed to use one- this wash is always out of service
( SURPRISE!! ) About two weeks ago I was in line to wash my car but the machine would not accept the code. I backed out of the line, upsetting many drivers behind me, and proceeded to the cashier who was polite and apologized on behalf of Shell. She replaced the code and kept the last valid wash promising to replace it the next time I came in to gas and wash. Great so far I know most of the staff and they know me- we have always exchanged cordial and polite conversations.
About and hour ago I filled up and tried to redeem the last outstanding wash code, but for some reason the clerk seemed to have forgotten her promise and during our discussion to refresh her memory the Mangager, Mr. Ibrahim, came in and without knowing the details of our arrangement proceeded to implicitly accuse me of trying to rip off their operation. We had a heated argument and must admit I lost my temper with him - I don't appreciate anyone questioning my honesty and integrity and would die to protect it. The clerk was clearly trying to resolve the issue with me until butt head intervened and embarrassed her. I could clearly see the fear and intimidation in her eyes for this manager and I'm sure if you survey the staff and regular customers they would share consensus. I am a highly respected Realtor in this neighborhood and belong to a large community and family that will now unfortunately embark on a boycott campaign until this idiot is removed.

Customer Service

I am writing to complain about the gas station around the corner from me since it was taken over by new owners service treatment of customers and overall appearance of this gas station have gone down the toilet. The convenience store itself is always out of stock of most basic high selling items.Also on numerous occasions I had been told I could not have a plastic bag to carry my purchases home. Now because of the staff turn over and the continuous rudeness Shell Canada has lost me as a customer for my fuel, and treats in the convenience store etc.Also as someone who has worked full serve, and self serve gas stations, the type of behavior and the owners only having foreign workers from specific countries in the store as staff is a great way to run people off and not want to purchase from your facility. Shell Canada better take a hard deep look at this or it will happen in other stations as well.

Theft of Diesel under $5000

Back in March 12, 2016 I went to Okatokes Shell, to fill up with Diesel, which I do on a regular basis, I own a small company and spend approximately $1500-$2000 per month on fuel. I filled up and went in to purchase my fuel and snacks. The person who was at the till had a language barrier. (didn't speak English very well) after the paying for my fuel and snacks I went on my way. I returned 3 days later to fill up again and repeated the same thing. I have filled up at this exact shell station 30-40 times since. How ever in December 2017 (20) months later, the RCMP knock on my door and arrest and charge me for theft of diesel under $5000, They clearly have me on video pumping the fuel and going into the store to purchase the fuel like I have for the past 37 years. I do not have a criminal record, nor do I want one. The employee who made the mistake of not punching in the correct sale, panics and tells the RCMP that I stole fuel. This is not true, I did not steal or intend to steal fuel. Thanks to the incompetence of Shell Canada and their hiring of incompetent employees, I had a Lawyer bill of $3000 to have all charges dropped. My question is, will Shell Canada apologize and reimburse my costs. Let us see. They know how to contact me, Robert Tourond
