Online updating of in /out of order stock takes time to update. You obviously do not have a booming online business and cannot fathom what is involved in such a business. It is the same as going into a store looking for items advertised in an ad, only to find those items sold out and the shelves bare. The stockers not having had time to restock the shelves.
