I was denied for the lease it program at Sears.

I called and the representative told me my application was denied because of my behavior. He stated it did not meet criteria. I asked what the criteria was. He replied again,"your behavior". I thought that was crazy. I wasn't able to get a clear reason.

Incorrect pricing

Purchased a bundled packeage of a drill,saw all,
Lite, two battery packs and bag.

At the check out price was $50.00 more shelf stated.

Associate got manager and we showed her where we got product.

Michelle stated that they were in the wrong area along with a lot of other items there.

I asked for the price that was on the tag and she stated that she would not honor it as it wasn’t the product on the tag.
I pointed out to her that it would be different if there was only one there but there were more and after further looking at the other tools there she said that there were a lot of items there that were not supposed to be.

I feel it is their responsibility to have there products set up according to their displays.

It is not the customers responsibility to do that.

The manager should of adjusted the price and appoigized.

The worst

I have a master protection agreement for a kenmore fridge purchased 3 years ago..after sears salesman in nags head North Carolina convinced me it would protect my refrigerator including all inside plastic parts for five years. One of the rails that holds bottles and jars and the inside door cracked. I thought it would be a simple repair. An hour and a half on the phone later and talking to four people they are refusing to cover it as they are calling it a cosmetic part, not functional. They are trying to include this rail under a category of expendable items in service agreement(such as water filters and light bulbs The only way they will consider covering it is sending a tech out here and making me wait eight hours for his arrival. I will wait.....but if he tries to tell me this part is not functional I guess I will have to demonstrate what happens when I put a bottle there and there is nothing to hold it......then hopefully he can see it has a function and it’s not just there for looks SO FRUSTRATED AND DISGUSTED
