People can't be harassed if they log out. It isn't stealing if they ask for money and people give it to them.

I'm no lawyer but it is my understanding that any false statements used in order to get money constitutes money fraud and is a chargeable offense. If this is true and not a vindictive statement for some other reason, Contact your local police department, I'm sure they can help put on end to it.

I have not visited this site, nor do I plan to. And btw, no one has the right to harass anyone and if this site allows that well...does not say much for the members or host. It was my impression from the posting they are stealing and scamming so I assumed they were getting money through false statements and then using it to wine and dine.
If people are stupid enough to given these fine upstanding people money well...there is no cure for that.
Courtney must be incredibly proud to have parents like this, my sympathies to her.

Anygood Providers, I agree with you. I looked at courtneys parents website and its a good place to stay away from. I have read about this family other places on the internet. They all live in Wisconsin and I think it is the dad that runs most of it. Hes a nutcase and my sympathies are for Courtney to. Like lovesbroilers says he seems to be into men but that isnt Courtneys fault and she can hardly help how she looks. Shes a good person to warn others about the scams her parents run. The dad is cruel. Her home life must have been horrible. This Scott Gaulke goes by the name mike59. Hes known to be a drug addict so it is probably why he is asking people to send him money. He is asking for a lot of money so its not to take his family out to dinner.

Thanks for the information Terry, I also feel it is great that Courtney stood up to warn others, proving a rotten apple tree does not always bear spoiled fruit. Way to go Courtney! It sounds like you live in a bad Jerry Springer episode.
You can pick your friends but you cannot pick your relatives but you can choose how much time you spend with them and how far away you live.

Courtney, Is your dad the Mr. Orange from here? I looked at that website, very strange indeed. Poor woman, this is a lot for you to deal with.
Do your parents have enough food in their house? A gift certificate from you to a KFC might keep your dad from being compelled to ask for the food donations. This must be embarrassing for you but as our parents age we often have to change roles and "Parent our Parents."
Your heart's in the right place but it's highly unlikely anyone looking at your dad's website will send him money. My concern is more about children. Your own kids might be grown but keeping their neighbor children away from your dad would be a good next step for you.
Your dad probably has dementia. Contact his caseworker and he/she might be able to get him into Adult Day Care for now, until other steps can be taken.. Being around people he can relate to might help him relearn some social skills. He could participate in arts and crafts and it would give your mom a break. If your mom has similar problems they could go to Day Care together.
They are lucky to have you. But I don't think jail would be the answer for your dad. It's obvious that his mind is not right. An appointment with a geriatric doctor is in order and from there contact the case worker. A psychiatric evaluation in a hospital setting will most likely be recommended. Take the website address with you, Courtney. It will give them the information they need to prescribe the right medications and possibly get him into some kind of assisted living program.
