Terrible everything
How can this be against the Akron, Ohio division when the address states North Carolina? Also, Mitchel's post(this one) is identical to Angelo's post 1 or 2 months later. Sounds fishy to me.

Leaks in the roof have to set buckts in floor to catch rain
We have a house that is three years old and the roof is leaking so bad we have to put out buckets catch the rain and shop vac to get the rest. I have called and even went by to talk to them about the problem they said it was probably something had the gutter stopped up. Actualy the gutter is throwing water up under the ridge cap and caused three shingles to be washed off .now the rest are raised up and the water flows in. The is a poor design will cost me for their mistake you would think a roof would keep water out over three years on a house that cost over 300,000.00 .A barn roof last longer than this.
