Good Day to all,

Visited a hair salon the the evening at Central Clark Quay named [B]"sas.sy Hair studio"[/B] which I bought from deal.com for $29.90.

The outcome was not as well as expected as there were hidden details that they did not specify. So i felt that I should inform the next person who is visiting them.

The following was stated in the voucher
"Only $29.90 for Premium Goldwell Vibrant Hair Colouring + Creative Haircut + Wash + Blow DRY for ALL Hair Lengths at Sas.sy, The central"

[B]"Goldwell Vibrant Hair Colouring"[/B]
The day before my appointment, I visited the shop physically to confirm my appointment date and at the same time asked them which colour of dye they recommend and they gave me a colour which I am satisfied with.

On the actual day of my appointment, I was approached by a staff who asked me top up $108 to get that colour they recommended which I kindly rejected. After i asked which colour is included in the offer, they offered only 3 shades of black & a dark brown(which is almost black) in the menu. The staff continued to offer me a 50% off student deal at $68 which i do not think is worth it after i bought the coupon.

I feel that it is kind of ridiculous as I don't think anyone logical will dye their hair black. This is information was not reflected in the coupon. In the end, I chose not to dye my hair at all.

[B]"Creative Haircut" [/B]
After i rejected the offer to top up for the hair colouring, she offered me to top up another $28 for a creative haircut. At that point of time I was thinking, "Isn't this supposed to be given to me since its listed in the coupon?" Turns out it was just pure trimming my hair for the whole session for $29.90. I can simply get a $20 haircut from any neighbourhood salon which provide the creative haircut.

[B]"Wash + Blow DRY"[/B]
There was no wash and blow provided at the end of the haircut. I even asked them "How bout the Wash & Blow?". And they told me, "That is all" and there is nothing left to do after the haircut leaving strands of hair laying all over my neck and ignoring me after that.

Am I the only one encountering this problem? Please feel free to discuss over this issue and inform the next person visiting...

Sas.sy Hair Studio at Claymore Connect level 3, Contradicting and Unprofessional

Please do not patronise this shop. I bought treatment + haircut from Groupon which is supposed to tame my frizzness. I went to the outlet at Claymore Connect level 3.

They are unprofessional and have been contradicting. I asked what is the procedure for the hair treatments, the guy told me that it will be hair mask then steam. Then another lady said no, only hair mask will be applied and steaming of hair will required additional $20. I asked the lady regarding the brand of the mask which she is applying for me but she couldn't even name it. She just told me it's a Korea brand. What worst was the hair treatment doesn't even has an impact on the slightest improvement of my hair, I mean I understand there wouldn't be an extreme hair makeover (given the price) but it shouldn't be totally the same as before hair treatment. IF so, what is the purpose of the salon hair treatment and what is the different going to a hair salon for treatment vs doing hair mask at home?

After the treatment, there was supposed to be a haircut (according to Groupon, it is a CUT). He asked what hair styles I would like to have and when I replied him I would like it to be layers etc. He replied oh, Groupon purchase only entitle me to a trim! It stated cut and not trim. Also, why did he asked how would I like it to be cut if I'm only entitle to a trim! And my hair trim was terrible, it was not balance on both left and right side. I even have to request to trim my fringe and he didn't even mirror the back of my hair to ask if my trim is ok. This shows a lot! I could have complained on the spot but given their unprofessional & contradicting explanation, I think it would be a waste of my time and I don't want my trim to be worst.

On the side note, there was a customer around 8.15pm who wanted a simple haircut and I overheard the guy saying to the lady to reject him cause it is going to be 8.30pm (their closing time). I can only inferred the reasons why they cut short my whole process and just go for trimming instead of cutting which requires longer time as they want to end early.

For that price ($40plus), I could have gone for a nice haircut with wash and blow. It totally ruin my day and my hair!

Unprofessional lousy staff

Horrible staff. Always didnt book appt properly. 1st time i booked rebonding appt at central mall salon. When i reached there the staff told me to go claymore branch to do. Waste my trip to go central mall. Scolded them n they gave me a free rebond for that session. Recently booked an appt few weeks ago for rebond and they actually didnt book. If i didnt call b4 i go down will be a wasted trip. Their mgr is very rude to me. Refused to apologise to me n made me reschedule to another slot. If i do not have a pkg with them i will NEVER PATRONIZE them again. Beware of their lousy svcs. I often need to revisit them to remediate the rebonding cos they dun do it well on the 1st time. Their boss is a coward that do not respond to my comments on their facebook page. This is a down right lousy salon with horrible staff and v v lousy boss!

Do not sign package with Sassy hair salon

I had a pkg with them for 6x mucota hair rebond with 6x free mucota 3 step hair treatment. I can choose to do the treatments tog with the rebond, or few months after the rebond in a separate session. I had gone for 2 rebond n 3 hair treatments. As i go for my 3rd rebond with them today, the hairdressers who did my hair previously all are replaced by new staff. They told me i have fully used up my pkg sessions today! I told them its only used half cos the treatments are supposed to be foc. I wanted to speak to their management but the staff says they r unable to provide me n ask me to write on their facebook. However i had msg then via fb 6 mths ago but there is no reply.

I commented on one of their facebook posting and finally their managing director jimmy called me. He says the same thing that my pkg is already ultised and i have signed off the 6 sessions of either rebond or treatment. He will investigate this case by looking for his ex staff who sold me the pkg and asking another existing staff who is out of town to find out wat is honoured to me in my pkg. I think its just wayang to smoke me cos i dun even know if he really speak to these 2 ppl. he can just bluff the conversation details since they r in the same company. Worst thing is receipt is not clearly spell that treatment is free. Even today the stylist wanted to charge me $58 for the haircut that is inclusive in the rebond.

Though the salon say will update me next week after their investigation i have low hopes of getting back my $500 worth of outstanding sessions. PLS DO NOT PATRONISE OR SIGN UP PKG. THIS SALON WILL NOT HONOUR THE ITEMS IN THE PKG. THEY ATTRACT U TO SIGN PKG THAT PROMISE THE SKY BUT YET ONLY FULFIL HALF N POCKET THE OTHER HALF OF THE CUSTOMERS $$.

On another note the staff at the counter always didnt book my appt correctly. If i dont call and cfm in advanced i will make a wasted trip. Also today i ask if i can come 30min later but they ask me to stick to original timing or else need to reschedule. But when i reach on time they make me wait 30min b4 the hairdresser serve me. Very unprof. My rebond at the fringe still not straight. Lousy skills.

Do not sign package with Sassy hair salon

I had a pkg with them and they dont honour. Only used half and they cheated the remaining half of abt $500!

Their staff either screw up appts n make me almost go on wasted trips or ask me be on time n make me wait 30min! The mucota rebonding is lousy. See pls of the curl fringe.
