Tax Scam

I have read the reviews listed here and am currently listening to the person representing this company saying people need to read the agreement before they submit. She also said that if we had read the agreement we should have known that the payment needed to made with a credit card. This company advertises that this is a "free" service and states that it is connected to the IRS. My friend was charged a fee for automatic deposit of which none was made. Everyone here needs to contact and perhaps agree on a CLASS ACTION LAW FIRM because it seems everyone who uses this preparer They advertise a $19.95 fee and I am looking at the receipt that says it is $49.90, with a $5.00 fee and the $34.95 deposit product fee. Yes, almost $90. These people a scam artist and prey on people who are looking for a bargain. THEY MUST BE INVESTIGATED AND STOPPED.
