I have several Samsung TVs, and they are all great. It sucks that you had a bad experience, but it doesn't mean that all their products are bad.

Unbelievably bad customer service!

The worst customer service and product I have ever dealt with. Bought a BD player, got it home, didn't work, had to call 8/9 times, told a different story every time, had to go through the entire problem again with each phone call. I was told it would be repaired by the 26th of December, then told they were going to replace it instead, then told they were going to repair again. I am now told they won't have it repaired until the 3/4th of Jan. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. The story keeps changing, and I am fed up.

Unbelievably bad customer service!

Brought a laptop at bestbuy from samsung didn't even last a month the jack had problem.

Unbelievably bad customer service!

I purchased a Samsung Washing Machine WT8505 from More Megastore, Bangalore on 12 Feb 2012. We just started the machine on 13 Feb 2012 after reading the instruction and plugging in the power socket. I got a shock from the machine. The current was all over the machine body. We registered the complaint on the customer service department on the same day i.e. 13 Feb 2012 and got the confirmation that service engineer will be coming on the same day but he didn't turned up on that day. Again today morning I contacted the customer service center and got an assurance that the same will be rectified today, but at last the same result, service engineer contacted in the morning that he will be coming today by 2 pm, I followed up by calling him at 3pm he told he will be coming for sure, but after waiting till now no one turned up. I am feeling just to throw the machine out of my house. Samsung service is pathetic and I won’t suggest anyone to buy this brand anymore. Posting the same to almost all review websites. my samsung fridge was having an ice build up on the inside due to warm air entering from the back of the fridge.this area should have been sealed properly before leaving the factory where it was made.samsungs negligence cost me.please call me at 905-697-2496. thank-you. phil khashmanian.

no honor for their own warranty

I will never buy samsung again! Couple of years ago I bought a TV from them and I had 5 years warranty. On the 4th year it stopped working so I took it to customer support service but they refused me in a repair under the warranty.They simply ignored it and I had to throw it away and to buy a new one TV because to fix the old one was very expensive. But I will never forget their dishonest service against me!

poor warranty service

My Samsung phone suddenly stopped working without any reason. I contacted their support service and send it for a warranty repair. My phone was fixed but also I received a bill for their service, which also stated that it was water damage which is not covered by warranty. My phone never was even close to the water, so I guess this reason is not true but all my arguings were ignored.

samsung fridge/freezer

fridge/freezer broken after 3 years one person came out to have a look then another then two more to repair needed new part and regassing. month later broken again spoke to customer service and told them it could only be wednesday they booked me in for thursday asked to speak to complaints phone went dead. another customer service rep rang me and said they would be out thursday i said no i work wednesdays only day i have off so he says what about friday.by this time so livid put phone down. why am i talking to unenglish uncomprehensive, incompetent people.

Samsung Display Failure

I am having issues with my TV as well.

I have a 60" 3D Smart Samsung TV. The display screen cracked by itself when turning it on recently and about a week later the screen went black. It has sound but no picture.

I called Samsung many times and they will not do anything about. It's out of warranty, but it should still last longer than a couple of years.

I am looking for people who have experienced a similar thing and I'm hoping that a class action lawsuit might be possible.
