Horrible service! Do not deal with!
I called to cancel the services 3 days before they were suppose to be activated. I was running a free trial, so I thought everything would be OK. However, I wasn’t able to get an answer on the line, and never cancelled. When I finally got a reply from them in TWO WEEKS, I have been told that I am already being charged for the sevices. I explained that I called and wanted to cancel, and I want a refund. They told me that they can only refund me the full price they have already taken ($70) by paying me $1.35 per day.
That is absolutely shocking! I am gong to proceed with legal action.

awful service
Sage Telecom should be ran out of business. They are rude, they lie to their customers. My phone has went without service for Feb., March, April, and now May my phone is off again. Everytime it rains my phone is off the next morning. When I call Sage they have lied every time about when my phone will be fixed. I f you ask to speak to a supervisor they put you on hold and never come back. My phone was off 8 days in April before someone came out to fix it. Now in May it has been off 4 days and counting . My phone bill has been paid in full each of these months even though I am unable to use my phone.
