I purchased anti age cream from this company and they send me nothing. My order simply wasn't complete! Contacted them many times but it seems that their support service doesn't exist at all! I just wasted my money with them, beware and don't make the same mistake!

£95.95 taken out off account

Bought trial, for £2.99' arrived no invoice or instructions, just noticed they have also taken nearly one hundred pound out of my account an i still have received no email or any more products, which i do not want anyway as it is a scam. How do i get my money back. Asap

I sent for a sample of the rvtl anti ageing cream and they asked for postage so I stupidly gave them my bank card details .next I noticed they had taken £89 from my bank account for cream that I hadn't ordered or have not received.can I not reclaim the money?

only wanted sample as adv

wanted to try sample as advertised. if I had known it was so ridiculously expensive, wouldn't have tried it at all. will pay for sample, but want refund of 99.79. both companies use same unscrupulous methods; equinox-99.79 and age free skin-93.74. I will pay only for samples.

unauthorized product & money from CC

order free trial for 2.95 Did not open box as I had to go out of town on emergency. When I returned I found another box of item in mail. Checked web sites & found all these complaints. Sent one box unopened "return to sender & other box return to sender & pd 3. 05 postage at P. O. Neither jar was opened. Unauth. charges on my CC for 95.00 & 93.00. Called CC co. to take these charges off & put in fraud dept. & cancelled CC. Rec'd e-mail from company that they rec'd product in whse. in new condition & refund will be sent. E-mail from Sheridan Labs issuing refund of 73.00 after deducting restocking fee. Don't know if this refund is for both jars. I paid the initial 2.95. 2nd jar was unauthorized & I told Sheridan Labs I will not pay 95.00 & 93.00 . My customer #1802819 Cancellation # 1398377 Thank you

saw advert on face book trial period only took money not agreed on tried to call and email no answer over 90 pounds taken for no goods

CC charged without authorization

I ordered the trial samples of RTVL and Equinox and gave my credit card information for the shipping which was required. Ten days later my credit card was charged $99 for the Equinox and $93 for the RVTL. I did not order the product! I simply wanted to try it, as that is what the offer suggested. Please help me know where to go to get this resolved.

I ordered your products with the understanding that I had a 14 day trial. My account was charged for the full amount of both RVTL and Equinox. I am not happy with the product and intended to cancel the membership. Please contact me with instructions on how to resolve this problem.

Call credit card company

I ordered the free trials of both products. My friend said she fell for another offer and found she had been debited a large amount of money within 10 days. Actually the product did make a difference in about 5 days. No so much face but neck area looked 200% better. I had already called credit card company and protested any further charges. I received an e-mail from company stating I could get credit for trial shipment postage and would cancel any further shipments. Chase did block further shipments without having to cancel my credit card number. Chase made an agreement with a 3rd party involved with Sheridan Labs. The product may be great but I am leery of any company that does not reveal all info and have return policy and customer service reps in case you need to delay or cancel a delivery. Nothing in the boxes that stated any company information or pricing on future purchases. I no I wasted my time but I replied to their refund e-mail and told them to own their name and become a legit company. If they believe in their product they would not hide behind a veil of invisibility. I do not believe automatic shipments and no info on pricing could cause people on limited income to end up with INF charges at 40.00 a pop. Customers come first in legitimate companies. [email protected] did send me e-mail this morning stating that I understood the terms and conditions of contract. Did not see that any terms of contract that stated I would be sent future orders without permission. I also did not see pricing for product in the future.

DON'T BUY IT!!

They want to charge you $200/month for these 2 products, RVTL and Equinox. They did not include any contact info with their trial products so you can't contact them readily within the 30 days so you don't get another shipment and another $200 charge. They gave me a 50% refund on 2 products so I was still out $300. RIP OFF!! Don't get sucked in, it will not make you look younger or make your skin less wrinkled.

I ordered free sample and didn't realise I was being sucked in. don't do it. I haven't received the product. I have tried to email them. SUCKER. TOTAL RIP OFF. YOU JUST GET FOBBED OFF. IM SO ANGRY CAUSE I KNOW THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE MY MONEY. KAREN.
