a fraud
I have tried to contact FNTC many times, but always excuses that they dont need to say anything to me. For me its equal to hanging up everytime I try to get any contact to them. FNTC havent responded me yet. They seem to avoid getting me any information, and if they are honorable company I definatelly dont understand it. They dont give one single tool to resolve this. I cant make any monthy payments - havent been able to over a year (year and two months). They promised me before christmas to get back to me right after christmas... after I sent them some documents (which they asked) by email but nothing has happened ever since. they dont respond. I have called them, but they only seem to ignore me (they always give some explanations why they cant talk to me right now - they obviously never can).
And of course Im pissed off because of all this. Its very big money for me which they got from my pocket by telling me lies.. misleading me... ignoring me... violating... just violating my rigths..
And they get off the hook?
Nobody can do nothing about it?

For me its about a crime but because of the borders no one can do nothing about it. the reason why this kind of business should be put down generally. Its violating our rights and therefore its never legal. When the business is sort of global, but our rights are tied... because they hide all the information from us... the business is never legal...
If the headquater of so called RHC is in Europe (England also with Switzerland) the class action is possible in that case, isnt it? Thats why its in Mexico... the information we got.

Royal Holiday (=IFG, Isle of Man)
Royal Holiday is registered in Isle of Man (the buillding IFG is located and it uses FNTC/IFG's phonenumber for it own). And it looks pretty much that FNTC /IFG is the real RHC (Royal Holiday Club). That'd also explain why they did what they did in my case. But the most important thing here is that they fool the whole word. Its a fraud made by IFG.
And my complaints are about IFG and their business practises. How they fool money from people's pockets for free by telling peolpe lies like in my case. And what happened to me, Id call it serious issue - robbing issue. I lost 14.000,00 for one lunch. And during past one and almost half year they did nothing in my case. Id call it very serious worlwide issue. Its very big money just to give to IFG like that - they gave me no change to do nothing. Im totally been out... and never received anything!
But to take IFG to court in Isle of Man. WOW... that takes... and TCA cant help me either, because Im finnish etc.. etc.. theres actually no tools for me, which I believe FNTC also knows. All the tricks used in this for getting my money not giving me anything back - thats more than sick.

I went through a horrible experience with this resort, and I'm out of three thousand dollars right now BUT I'm in a process to cancel my timeshare!
