not as represented, switched & unusable product
Just an unbiased opinion, but it sounds like Rosesource is getting unfairly blasted by some person (or company) that likes to throw dirt around. Perhaps I'm wrong. I have ordered 4 or 5 times from Rosesource and I've always been extremely satisfied with the quality of the roses.

New comments that get added to a complaint get sent back to those that posted the original complaint (and maybe those that commented) which then gives us the ability to comment back. Once you have a company really not care that they’ve ruined the flowers for an important day like a wedding day it does tend to upset people. I happen to be one of those people. They ignored calls and were rude when I finally could reach someone. They didn’t even return a penny nor did I get an apology. I’ve also come across plenty of complaints in the past two years so I really don’t think any of them seem like people are throwing dirt or that they are unfairly being blasted. This is after all a complaint board.
