I read that you had to cancel within a certain time and I did and I told them not to send the free samples because I didn't want them to take any money from my account. But They still sent me two Envelopes with the collagen in it... I haven't opened them either because now I don't know where to send them. So I Cancelled Before They Were Sent Out...

Same story regarding Revita-Col. Unauthorised debit and the product just turns up. I have phoned the number on the box 1800 773 850 which takes you to a call centre in Manila. They tried to sell me the product at 50% discount if I did not return the product. I insisted that I wanted the account cancelled, and they advised the 50% was refunded immediately with the remaining 50% when they received the returned product to the PO Box 7244 . Wetherall Park NSW 2164.. Time will tell if they actually refund the money.

I didn't even receive the sample before they debited my account and had sent me the full product. They were very helpful though, surprisingly - they refunded the money to me, and gave me until December 31 to cancel. When I called to cancel, they really weren't willing to cancel, and said I could keep the full products that they had sent me, in lieu of a sample, and I wouldn't be charged again until my next shipment was due in February, and then I would get that shipment at 50% off. I will call and cancel before that time, but I was very surprised at their willingness for me to keep the full size products. I was annoyed when the charge turned up on my card, as I had totally forgotten signing up for the sample, and I did read all terms and conditions, and I saw NOTHING stating that they would be charging me $103 for the shipment. I didn't think I'd see the money back quite so easily, but I did. The other thing is that the full size products came with only 'picking slips' rather than any kind of invoice, so in actual fact you don't know how much you are being charged until you see it on your statement. The phone number I used to contact them, was the number that was next to their details on my bank statement 877-538-7559 - which is obviously a US number, but as my husband is American we have a phone card that makes it easy for me to dial the States without it costing a fortune. Surprisingly both times I called I got the same operator!

The above comments has also happened to me. I am not happy that free samples have ended up costing me $103.72. When you sign up for a free sample you expect that sample to be free. I have the same details as above, but unfortunately i am pre-paid with my phone and cannot afford to contact these people. I also have my bank on the case too. All i have received is two small samples in an envelope with the PO box address no receipt or invoice. When you are a single mum you try and find a bargain any way you can to save you money, so because of this transaction i am now having to struggle. This free sample came to my personal email address thru free samples.com it was not in my spam as i have subscribed to receive emails with free samples with free samples.com, but with what has happened to me i will be unsubscribing to all giveaway sites.

I had the same experience, recived two EMPTY sachets in an envelope and am getting deliveries I did not realise I had consented to receive.
This needs to go to authorities as this is a sheer scam.

i agree, i am another person that got caught although i did recieve the samples and now have to withdrawals of $103.00 which like everybody cant afford, i sent an email to one of there emails cancelling all trials and so called orders even though i did email and say to cancell the free trials, its not right that companies seem to have the right to take money when they want, i am instructing my bank to halt further payments, , i think if you pay the bank $10.00 this will happen just something to check with at your bank, , failing that i will just close that debit account and open another, they cant get money out if theres no bank account, , but i am also writting a cancellation letter to the p.o.box maybe if they have it in writting they will be able to understand, , anyway guys best of luck hope this has helped a little..cheers, , , jules

I also purchased the "free" samples and it did not say they would be sending the real products. I was surprised to see $103 taken out of my credit card by this company. Today the full size product turned up in the mail. I rang the 1800 number shown above. I spoke to a lady called Bridge. She has guaranteed me that my account has been cancelled and I will not be receiving any more product nor will any money be taken out of my account in the future. I tried to return the product but she would not take it back. I had to pay the $51.97 and she would credit my card with $51.97 and I keep the product. Lesson learnt! Don't order free samples off the internet or anything else for that matter!
