100% scam

I have a timeshare that I don’t use anymore so I’ve decided to get rid of it… The thing is that I didn’t know how to do it and I didn’t want to lose any money, so I’ve trusted this job to resorts-llc.com. According to their website there are no upfront fees and everything is 100% guaranteed but it is 100% lie. They took my money and never provided any service. And if you press the BBB accredited business button on their website it will redirect you to another company’s BBB page. It totally looks like scam and in addition to a very cheap website it doesn’t look trustworthy at all. I can’t say much about customer support either; I just wasn’t able to get in touch with it even though I’ve tried to do it every day since.
