Awful Company

We made a reservation through RESERVATIONS.COM for 2 rooms for 3 nights at Best Western Ocean View. I called to cancel for a serious and unfortunate reason. I had until 1 pm on Monday August 20, 2018. I called at 5 pm on Monday august 20, 2018. ( 4 hours late) I was told they will be charging me for both rooms and no allowance for our issue. I will NEVER use RESERVATiONS.com again. No compassion and very poor practice.
