Horrible Service

Stay away from this 3rd party online hotel reservation service!! It looks like the hotel website, but when you get the confirmation, it comes from reservationcounter.com. The exact same hotel room through the actual hotel site was $56 per night cheaper. 72 hr cancellation policy and they will NOT let you out of it even if you are a few minutes past the deadline. Took them over an hour to call me back to give me the answer of NO. All representatives are overseas.
