Non-Delivery of Goods due to non-payment by Relogulf

I have shipped my goods on 6 December 2012 from Dubai to South Africa.
It is now close to the end of May and my goods are not being released by Kings-International, since they are awaiting payment from Relogulf. I have tried to contact Phil Davies and Neil Price as well as Kathy Ashbey, but with No Luck.

Can anyone advise on the course of action to take to get this issue resolved???
