sony brand ditched but Reliance digital helped

i believed sony brand and bought the TV at reliance digital store at road 12 banjara hills Hyderabad. After a month the display panel has broken from inside and sony rejected saying physical damage but reliance digital store took the case and got it replaced. Even though they had no responsibility after sale but they took it up and provided a solution to me. product brand Sony has ditched me but reliance has helped. So I realized that not only product brand we need to look for store where we can buy. they also should be a good brand. Reliance has proved to me that they are bigger brand than sony and good in customer satisfaction. Bhawna (service manager) has done good job in handling it right from beginning till end
