Talk to your credit card company - they have a duty to refund fraudulently obtained monies.

Bought an item from them last August.
Just realised that they have been taking £19.95 from my credit card every month - and I thought I was pretty careful about these sorts of thing.
It really is a scam and needs stopping.
How can i get my £100 back ?

Bought an item from this company last August and have since been paying £19.95 a month by credit card that I was never aware of. I'm always rather careful with such things and never noticed being asked to agree to the monthly payment.
It really is a scam and should be stopped.
How do i get my £100 back ?

Same thing has just happened to me. Purchased a £1.99 touch up paint for my car and due to the underhanded way this company enters you into a REDSAVEPASS discount club it has now cost me £161.99! If I don't laugh I would cry.
I written to them to cancel, but my bank has said it may take 30 days for them to be able to step in on my behalf, as this payment is all legal and within the terms of that company. I just have to hope they cancel it asap.
Quite scary that is is obviously allowed to go on.
Moral of the story is, always check your statements.

Snap!!! i spotted it in december but it just looked like an insurance i had and did not think anything of it untill i got the insurance one through. i tryed to stop it online but did not work so i had to report it to the credit card fraud department. It started in september untill now.

Never refunded my order
Placed an order in October. They cancelled the order promising a refund and this never happened. They have no intention of refunding me my money. They have no legal right to retain my money whilst promising a refund.
Be assured that I will not let then get away with this. I do not understand why they are able to operate and that they are not registered with the FSA as a scam!

Ordered presents for my children for christmas on the 30th November today is the 17th December still no goods or refund. I am now reported it to citizen advice consumer advice who have passed this onto trading standards. I suggest everyone who has had an issue with them to do this. They don't correspond and dont return your money a major rip off and one i wont forget as my children will be without christmas gifts this year.

In March my family and me went to Cyprus, for a giggle I ordered a mankini to put on one night and surprise my wife, trust me she would of been shocked :-)) I paid £2 for it but since have had 2 lots of £19.95 taken from my bank, spoke to my bank who gave me REDS phone number, when I rang it was not recognised, these shameful ba****ds need stopping quickly....

I, like many others, have fallen foul to the 'Redsave.com' SCAM. Like an idiot I purchased an item for a few quid last July but hadn't realised I'd been fraudulently scammed for £19.95 every month since. I buy a considerable amount of ebay and hadn't taken the time to check my Credit Card statements.
Tried phoning, only to get a request to e mail. This I did and received an email a few days later basically saying 'up yours'.
I intend taking this matter further and have found they have been taken to court and lost before.
People like ebay etc., should ban them and they should be shut down.
If anyone has any information that will help shut these SCAMMERS down please contact me.

Make a small court claim and they will settle, the week before the trial! Don't sign the document they send you, they will settle anyway

Same thing happened to me.... Last min Xmas gift....then quite a few months later pymt keeps going out....
But what i did notice...I never once received this so called voucher thro email.... So they aren't carring out their side of the so called bargin reductions pass... Can this not be pursed further
