lack of support
I recently (2 months ) purchased a real pad. a week ago I dropped it on the floor and broke the glass. I tried calling the repair techs at real pad. spoke to someone named Jeremy. was reerred to the manufacturer. who told me they no longer deal with any issues regarding real pad. I called back Jeremy. he was rude and frustrated with me it seems and pretty much told me to toss it in the garbage since they would only be able to diect me to a place where I could buy another real pad for 60 dollars which was refurbished. I would highly recommend that anyone buying one of these wonderful pads be very careful, as there is no support whatsoever if it breaks or if you need a replacement. sorry I spent the money to purchase this item. as a 12 year member of aarp, I am not sure if I would renew my membership again after aarp recommended this wonderful (not so) product to its seniors. bad news for me and bad news for aarp misleading customers with false claims about a "wonderfulproduct" not so. david o'kurliand
