doesn't stand on own promises!

Rays Emergency A/C & Heating is just another fraudulent company which doesn't stand behind their own offers and promises! I hired them for my heating and cooling system repair and I was scammed out of money. They cheated me, hide the problem and overcharged me as it was fixed. When it appeared again they just said that it is not their fault and refused me to help under the warranty.

RIPPED OFF

ON JULY 18 2007 i had Avery (the company owned by Ray ans managed by Eric) we are not talking about the company that went bankrupt in 2012 but the company that had been around since 1954. my contract stated that i bought an extened warranty and avery did not file it with the manufacurer and this is the conversation that followed. you want to start the thread from the bottem up..

You Do What You Have to do... But Every One of those things you mention talking about us on understand what you refuse to because your feelings are hurt. If AVERY WAS STILL IN BUSINESS YOU WOULD BE COVERED BY THEM, AND WE WOULD NOT BE TALKING.... Do you get it this time? By the way I deleted your comment, and blocked you...

This is how most Manufacturers get away with not Warrantying your equipment, they know that most of us will not register anything. Be it a TV, a Microwave, Or an A/C System.. It is our job as consumers to register our own equipment... Sorry this isn't what you wanted to hear but nevertheless it is true.
