The worst customer service ever!!!

I ordered Mega Nutrition Organic Superfood Product from Quantum Wellness Botanical Institute website. I paid for the order but didn't receive it, so I called their representative to find out that the product was out of stock. Well, they haven't ever warned me or offered a refund. Finally I managed to cancel the order. I still wanted to buy the product when they have it next time, but the situation repeated in exactly the same way. Unacceptable.

Seems like a con job to me

I ordered three + one packs which arrived very much faster than I had expected.
After trying two tablets each day for a week, then three tabs for the following week without any alteration to my bodily functions, I cancelled my trial and advised head office that I would return the remaining unopened packs to the address included with the delivery by registered post.
They confirmed that as soon as they received the goods my refund would be processed.
This was four weeks ago and after several emails to them, I have had no response whatsoever.
Certainly seems like a CON job organisation to me.
