Not a legitimate cell phone provider

I ordered the free government phone of course got ahold of live operators' to take all my information received the phone it was stolen. Called their number over 20 times on different days never got anyone to answer. So sent emails after 2 that I sent explaining my phone was stolen I received a response saying to send $25 to replace phone.. I replied back saying if I could afford $25 I would of bought my own phone instead of getting a free government phone and for them to just cancel my services.. That was 5 months ago and hundreds of calls and thousands of emails I still dial my stolen phones number from different peoples houses and someone always answer's. Finally 3 days ago they answered my call wow a live person who said if I wanted my service cancelled I had to return ship them my phone in order to have my services shut off.... WHAT!!! I JUST TOLD THEM PHONE WAS STOLEN!!!! BEWARE OF QLINK WIRELESS
